1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, and socks.
- Customized or personalized items.
3. Return Process
- Request a Return: Email info@corduroy.ge with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the Item:
- We’ll provide a return address (Tbilisi, Georgia).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Inspection: Refunds are processed after quality checks (within 5 business days).
4. Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Sale/discounted items are refunded at the purchase price.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us to confirm options.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
6. Faulty/Damaged Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
- We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
