Returns Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be returned within&nbsp;<strong>14 days<\/strong>&nbsp;of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products must be&nbsp;<strong>unworn, unwashed<\/strong>, and in original condition with tags attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of purchase (order number\/receipt) is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Underwear, swimwear, and socks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized or personalized items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Return Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Request a Return<\/strong>: Email&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mailto:info@corduroy.ge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@corduroy.ge<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ship the Item<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We\u2019ll provide a return address (Tbilisi, Georgia).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are the&nbsp;<strong>customer\u2019s responsibility<\/strong>&nbsp;unless the item is faulty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspection<\/strong>: Refunds are processed after quality checks (within 5 business days).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
